Independent teachers, evaluators and mentors struggle to reach learners without spending heavily on advertising. Large institutes and platforms usually decide what is sold, what it costs, which provider a learner gets and what that provider is paid. Providers also receive little information about what learners actually want. UPSC Bazaar brings them together directly.

Here, see what learners want, make your own offer and keep control of your profile, material and delivery platform. Anything you publish remains your intellectual property. Unlike the common coaching-institute arrangement, this platform does not acquire or own it.
A learner posts the help they need, the time and a budget. Providers reply privately with what they will do and their price. The learner sees all offers and chooses one.
Providers can see what learners want and decide whether to offer. A group class also shows the chosen provider, the price for each group size, how many have joined, how many are needed and when it closes. This helps other learners decide whether to join.
Each provider sees only their own offer. Only the learner who posted the request sees all offers. Sign-in details, contact details and the list of learners in a group stay hidden. Contacts appear after booking. The group-price calculation also stays hidden.
Providers can list recorded lessons or live sessions. They can also list notes, tests and other clearly defined bundles at one fixed price. You see what is included before booking. These listings do not use bidding.
